TONGUE TWISTER CONTEST AT LOGIC PUZZLE MUSEUM
The prizes for the adult division of past year's International Tongue Twister Contest included a "portion of a peck of pickled peppers." A most appropriate reward. A yellow yo-yo (say that fast 10 times!) went to a student, and another winner took home sea shells that she could sell. Audience applause topped all prize value and laughter filled the hall. Our next annual contest is SAT, NOVEMBER 14, 2009 at 6 pm. Come to participate or just watch, listen, laugh and enjoy it.
The Logic Puzzle Museum's Tongue Twister contest has several age divisions. Past prizes include such "tongue twister nouns" like a "yellow yo-yo, " "a toy boat", and fun things like a red spinning spiral top. Even prize sea shells that you can sell. The contest's tongue twisters are surprises for everyone, and only announced as the division begins. We don't want you to get laryngitis from practicing too much in advance. See you Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 6 pm. Bring grandma and grandpa, too!
Admission $5/person(all ages), admission paid in cash only. Event is best for ages 6-106. Children must be with an adult. (Sorry, we do not take credit cards.) Free parking, all day, in city lots, and free on the street from 6 pm on. Space is limited, call to reserve tickets.
